We do not collect any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address
• Your device's location (GPS or network-based)
• Your IP address or device identifiers
• Financial figures or inputs you enter into any calculator
• Browsing history or app usage patterns
• Cookies or tracking identifiers of any kind
• Biometric data, photos, contacts, or any other device content
• Any information from your device's camera, microphone, or storage

The App does not request any device permissions that would allow access to your personal data, location, contacts, photos, or files.

The App allows you to save mortgage scenarios. These saved scenarios are stored locally on your device only, using your device’s built-in storage. We cannot access, view, retrieve, or delete your saved scenarios. If you uninstall the App, locally saved data is deleted from your device.

We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash-reporting tools, or third-party tracking libraries within this App. We do not display advertisements. The App is free to download with no in-app purchases.

The App may contain links to third-party websites and resources, including but not limited to Zillow, the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) license lookup portal, the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), and local Kern County resources. When you tap a link that opens an external website or app, you leave Client Connect and are subject to the privacy policy and terms of that third party.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or data collection of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

When you provide your phone number through a form on myrealtyca.com and opt in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from My Realty Company, Inc. regarding listings, appointments, and market updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help.

Client Connect is not directed at children under the age of 13 and is not designed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, we do not collect it from children either.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through any contact channel associated with this App, please contact us immediately at info@myrealtyca.com so we can take appropriate action.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). Because we do not collect or store any personal information on our servers, there is no personal data in our custody that could be breached or exposed. Data you enter into calculators exists only on your device, protected by your device’s own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our practices. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

What Personal Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information from users of the Client Connect app. No personal information is gathered, stored, transmitted, or sold through the App.

My Realty Company, Inc. does not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We have not sold or shared personal information at any point in the preceding 12 months.

Your Rights as a California Resident

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:

1. Right to Know — Request disclosure of what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
2. Right to Delete — Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
3. Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing — Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. (We do not sell or share personal information, so this right is satisfied by default.)
5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — We do not collect sensitive personal information.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
